Shabbat Shalom Sis!π Your perseverance is contagious! Prayers ππ½π you are all healed up. I had a challenging week but Yah walked with me through it all. Yes, communion is part of my healing and I have been applying it for the past two years now. The Ruach Haqodesh will give me a nudge and let me know it's about that time. It's so important to "Remember" Yahshuah's sacrifice and make it personal. When we do this we decrease so that He may increaseππ½. Also communion lifts off the burden of condemnation and replaces it with redemption ππ
