Surgery Trials and Triumphs: The Backstory of 🎶Most High (Resilience, Faith and Community)

I believe it is essential to acknowledge the profound pain, transparency, and raw emotions that we all experience in our lives.

When I had ACL and meniscus surgery (two years ago, today, September 7) and faced numerous trials, I made it a mission to document the stories surrounding my personal journey leading up to and through surgery and all of the wonderful testimonies that unfolded along the way.

In fact, did you know? The song and album “Most High” came out of this intense testing.

When we share our struggles, we open ourselves up to understanding and compassion. It is through this process that we can recognize the presence of Yah right smack dab in the midst of our trials.

Remember, it is in our vulnerability and transparency that we find strength. Like it says in 2 Corinthians 12:10

“Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Messiah’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.”

By sharing the story behind the song “Most High”, my aim is to provide you with a glimpse of hope, encouragement, and the unwavering faithfulness of Yah.

While I continue to pour my heart and soul into finishing the new “Good” album, I realized the importance of sharing the backstory with those who witnessed my public struggle with surgery and recovery but missed out on the intricate details.

This eBook shows the remarkable ways in which people were sent to offer support, reminding us that we are never alone. The lessons learned through humility and the practical ways Yah shows He is always with us.
