Truth is, most of us have experienced Narcissistic abuse in friendships, relationships, work places, churches, assemblies and growing up as a child.
Most people don’t realize they’re involved with Narcs until after the fact - and some are just now waking up to all of this.
It’s time to understand this subject in stages and begin putting boundaries in place, guarding our gates (heart), protecting the perimeter and ultimately healing from these toxic-demonic environments.
The best way to heal is SELF LOVE ❤️
